What Causes Stomach Cramps And Vaginal Bleeding?

hi, i finished my period a week ago. this morning i woke up with cramping in my stomach and feeling a little bit off. when i went to the toilet, i found out i was bleeding again. it is light, but i don't know what is wrong with me. can you please help me out??

Hello,
If you have regular 28-day cycles, it is possible that you could be ovulating and this bleeding could be due to ovulation. If that is so, you will see only some fresh spotting for a couple of hours or a day. If the bleeding is persistent with cramps, you need further evaluation in person by a specialist. Possibilities are another period due to hormone disturbances and endometriosis, local causes like infections or polyps etc. A complete evaluation will help in proper management. You can take anti-spasmodics meanwhile to relieve pain. Hope this helps.
