What Causes Stomach Cramps And Throbbing Vulva?
On vagifem only 2 days having severe stomach cramps and throbbing vulva ...only finished antibiotic yesterday for uti and also took a diflucan as precaution to prevent trush ..have took paracetamol ..feeling so uneasy and uncomfortable cant settle ..iI m 37

The cause is most probably the medications itself causing either a pH imbalance or a hormonal one.
Pleas try to relax for a bit, drink plenty of water and also avoid all forms of sexual contact at any costs. Take a mild pain management medication to help relieve your symptoms for a while.
