What Causes Stomach Cramps And Pregnancy Urine Smell?

My husband had a vasectomy, and home pregnancy tests show negative. I have had stress lately and have lost weight. (about 10 lbs?) in past 2 months. I noticed last week that my urine smells the same as when I am pregnant. My period is 2 weeks late. Off and on, I have stomach cramps which I assumed was due to stress and a possible ulcer. But the Pregnancy Urine Smell has really got me wondering what is going on? Thank you.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

You did not mention your age, as this is an importsnr facfor in ruling out possible early symptoms of menopause presenting with a hormonal imbalance.

I would recommend a hormonal check as your husband has undergone a vascectomy and pregnancy chances are slim to non-existant.

In pregnany, all the symptoms seen are due to a change in hormone levels. There exist various other factors, including stress that can cause this change in hormone levels. For this reason, a check on hormone levels and finding the cause for it is important.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
