What Causes Stomach Bloating After Having Food?

I'm 50 year's Old,this is an X-RAY REPORT-BARIUM MEAL, IMP:Gastritis posterior wall of pylorus Dueodinitis. No Ulcers have seen, So My problem is,whenever i eat even a litle food,i feel my bowel become full of gas, so Doctor i need your assistance,i'm from kenya.

I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Use over the counter option like simethicone.
-Avoid chewing gum.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products
