What Causes Stomach Ache And Bit Of Blood In Stool?

I'm 35yr old unmarried man. I'm suffering from loose motion from past 2 years, while I had brief sex with 3 people during that time. I always get the urge to defficate once my stomach become full. But it was also like that before the sexual interation but those days my stool used to be solid but nowadays it is like semi solid. Last month once I found tiny bit of blood in stool. From past one week my stomach is aching. Are these symptoms of AIDS?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of loose motions for 2 years, urge to go to toilet on eating, being unmarried but had sex with 3 different people, pain in abdomen for the last week.
These can not be symptoms of HIV or AIDS as you have had the problems before sex too, but it is worth to get the blood STDs panel checked.
The reason for your abdominal problems can be due to the following reasons:
Infection or a focus of inflammation in or around intestines.
IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tests for 3 consecutive days as some sample may something positive.
Tests of blood for CBC, particularly thyroid and liver functions.
Ultrasonography and CT scan of abdomen helps further.
Colonoscopy with biopsy is very helpful to give a definitive diagnosis.
If a cause id found during the course of investigations or clinical evaluation by your Doctor or a Gastroenterologist it will be treated accordingly.
If all the investigations are normal and the symptoms are instigated or enhanced by stress and anxiety, this may be taken as IBS and treated accordingly.

I find this answer helpful
