What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Constipation?
I have pain in my stomach pretty well all the time. It hurts the most after I eat. I does not matter what I eat. My back is also sore all they time. I have previously been diagnosed as having old hard stool in my stomach and was prescribed laxatives. I have to take a lot to have a bowel movement and it does not always work. This has happened 4 times within 6 months. I am also bloated all the time. I look like I am pregnant.

Basing on the symptoms and problems you mentioned it can be a ulcer in stomach or intestine. As you are suffering for the past six months a dual therapy is helpful i.e. Amoxicillin and metronidazole 3 times a day and omeprazole . clarithromycin in place of metronidazole if its not tolerated . hope this answers your query
