What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Diarrhea And Bloating?
My son is 43. he has severe stomach pain, either diarreah or constipation, some stomach swelling, a problem eating. Food sometimes comes out of him like water, as soon as he eats. He makes sure to eat small portions when he does eat. What causes this, and what type doctor should he see? He has already been checked for colon cancer.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of stomach ache along with diarrhea and bloating which seems to be due to food poisoning/ acute gastroenteritis caused by viral infection and electrolyte imbalance in body. It could be due to excessive intake of milk products, broccoli and lactose intolerance.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate yourself.
- Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. You should go for blood tests as well and start treatment after proper examination. You should start treatment with combination of fluoroquinolones and ornidazole.
You should take Ibuprofen along with proton pump inhibitors as well. Take banana on daily basis and light food. Avoid taking any sharp and spicy food.
