I recently had unprotected sex with a girl. The next day I started experiencing a stinging sensation on the head of my penis underneath the Urethra. I thought it could have been a small cut I couldn't see. I took a cu-tip and applied a small amount of hurt free antiseptic wash on area that burnt. I was worried about it being an STD so I asked her about her past, and she told me that she was tested just a month ago and came back clean and that she had not been with another person in between that time. The next day not only did I feel the sting, but I also started getting a stinging sensation in the urethra. The area in which I applied the antiseptic started to have something white, and kinda of balled up. It seemed like is was wet dead skin but it could of been puss I'm not sure. I have a uncircumcised penis and now I just try to keep it as clean as I can, but when I lift the foreskin it stings a little more. Could it be UTI? I'm scared and have no clue what to do. I don't have the money to get tested, and don't have the courage to ask my rents. please help!
