Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi
Stop rubbing or touching your eyes by unclean hands. Now there is some obstruction in your naso lacrimal duct. It is called chronic dacryocystitis with mucocaele of the lac. sac.
Consult local Ophthalmologist.
In the mean time use some antibiotic drops (e.g. Tobramycin eye drop 4 times a day) with lac sac massage. it may help to some extent, otherwise if it goes on and on testing fluid does not pass through your canaliculi- you will need surgery e.g.-DCR.
Take care
all the best
