Hello,
Welcome to HCM
I understand your concerns. Some spotting is normal during pregnancy. It may be a sign of placental implantation. It is commonly seen in early weeks of pregnancy in some women. So,no need to worry.

But heavy bleeding and red fresh blood with clots could be a sign of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.

So, watch out for it and contact your gynecologist if you come across any such symptoms immediately.

Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you.
