Hi dear thanks for writing to HCM!!
First of all frequent intake of emergency contraceptive pills is not a good habit, its possible side effects includes delayed and irregular periods, spotting, abdominal pain and breast tenderness because it causes hormonal imbalance. To confirm a pregnancy you should do Urine pregnancy test and blood beta HCG level checked after 2 weeks of delay periods, and USG/Clinical examination from gynaecologist is advisable at that time.
Hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
