What Causes Sore Throat And Swollen Neck Glands In A Child?

my 11 year old daughter has a recurrent sore thoart n her glands in her neckare enlarged.SHES HAD 2 COURSES OF ANTIBIOTICS WHICH HAVE NOT helped..... paracetamol are not helpin..... doctor taken blood test..... apart from glandular feever what are they looking for?

Bacterial, viral or tubercular illness may lead to Lymph node enlargement. Other causes are reactive or abnormal growths.
in your daughter's case infection is more probable.
