What Causes Sore Throat And Difficulty In Swallowing?

Hello, My friend has a really sore throat. She is having trouble swallowing and she has Blisters all over the inside of her mouth. She is under a lot of stress trying to come out of DV, thinks she may have contracted herpes from her former boyfriend. he also tried to strangle her to death on june 25th. Would either of these lovely unnecessary things possibly work in conjunction with what she has going on or just plain straight up stress along with the good ole brother Strep?

please dont worry and think much about the infection.
At the out set please be assured that every thing will be alright and she ll lead a very beautiful life.If I would have been her treating doctor ,i would advise for a regular warm saline girgle,with a antibiotic like amoxy clavulanate 625,with a multi vitamine ,and an analgesic in regular doses.These are for the sore throat .
Hence have patience,stay with her and be happy.Need less to say please concentrate more on liquid diet,juice ,warm soup to sooth her throat.
