What Causes Sore Throat Along With Dizziness And Abdominal Pain?

Hello Doctor, Recently i had a thyroidectomy, last two months i took thyronorm 175 mcg daily. now TSH is 0.02 and T3 is 3.6 1) I have some illness( sore throat, dizziness, abdominal pain, weight loss). Those were normal or need to check with respective doctors. 2) When I will be normal in TSH?

1. You might be taking too high of a dose if you are experiencing those symptoms, as they are indicative of a hyperactive thyroid. You should consult with your doctor on the dose you are taking and the side effects you are experiencing.

2. TSH often takes months to catch up to the thyroid hormone levels you have in your body. The change to normal values won't happen overnight unfortunately.
