What Causes Sore Painful Vaginal Lips?

Hi I havnt had sexual intercourse for over a week now I don t think it would be to do with that, I have a very sore and painful pain on the left side of my vaginal lip, it s in the inside but it s a very sharp constant pain its much worse when I walk or do any kind of exercise which is getting in the way of a lot as alot of my day to day basis involved exercising , it started 2 days ago but has got a lot worse today when it suddenly kicked off and hasn t stopped since in the middle of running , I would just like to know it if will just go in time or if it s more serious? It s really getting in the way and seems much more painful please could you help?

hi healthcare magic user, please get local examination done with gynaecologist to rule out any labial cyst which is most common cause pain in labial region.
it could get infected if neglected.
it needs to be drained surgically their is possibility of recurrence thats why always better to malsupilisation of cyst wall.
have a speedy recovery.
