What Causes Sore Cuts Inside The Nose?

i have very sore cuts on the inside of one nasal passage. they are making it hard to breathe. they scab over and when touched they bleed. what is causing it? i have uticaria and make my allergies are making it worse? i also have asthma and hayfever already but this has never happened before.

Hello,

Try to avoid allergens. Not allow the nose to get dry. Use saline nasal drops. Control urticaria. Try to avoid self-cleaning of the nose.
