What Causes Sore Breast, dizziness, fatigue And Nausea?

Hi, I am 29yrs old experiencing very sore breast, dizziness, fatigue, and nausea for the past 2-3 weeks and my cycle isn t due for another 10-12 days. I took a home pregnancy test which was negative, is there any explanation as to why I am experiencing these symptoms? A little history about me is that I have one 8yr old by cesarean and an ectopic pregnancy about a great ago.

Hi,
thanks for writing to HCM.
Sore breasts and dizziness may even occur during ovulation and any hormonal imbalances.

Kindly get a blood pregnancy test as it is more accurate than urine pregnancy test.
You can consult your gynaecologist and get your sex hormone levels tested and a complete blood count- to rule out anemia.

Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
