Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have slow heart rate, tightness in chest and pain in back .well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like angina , muscle spasm , wrong pose , disc problem or acid reflux .Cervical spondylosis or trapezius muscle problem can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper diagnosis and to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG, TMT , troponin t test along with complete blood profile . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for muscle spasm and disc problem or to gastroenterologist for acid reflux problem .For now try to maintain appropriate pose , apply warm compresses to chest and back , avoid running for few days and eat light and non spicy specially before exercises and going to bed .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
