What Causes Slow Heart Rate, fatigue And Headache?

My husband was complaining of an extreme headache/frontal. A little lightheaded and a bit clammy, like cold sweet. He finally went to sleep so I took his blood pressure while sleeping. It was 141/60 with a heartrate of 61. He is 50 yrs old, 6 3 and around 235 lbs. He kind of felt fatigue and aching like you would with a flu. Is this anything to worry about?

Though blood pressure is little high, it is almost normal for his age.

It can be stress headache. If he has fever, neck pain, vomiting, nausea, then it neds medical attention and you should go to ER.

Otherwise, you can wait and watch after he gets up, if the symptoms continue.

Hope this helps!
