What Causes Slow Heart Rate And Fatigue While Having Type 2 Diabetes?

I am 59 year old female. I have type 2 diabetes. lately my heart rate is dropping as low as 41 at times. my last blood pressure was 154/70. It feels like fluttering and i get extremely fatigued and somewhat nausiated and a little faint, please help me

Dear Madam, i think you would benefit with a Cardiology consult. If your sugars are fine then you dont need to worry about diabetes. Just with diabetes it is not common to have cardiac related symptoms. So please see a cardiologist.
