OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Spotting and bleeding before and periods can be due to hormonal disturbances or due to some local lesions in cervix or vagina.
Such condition can occur when there is progesterone deficiency in the body, which leads to irregular shedding of the uterine lining and hence spotting before and after actual periods.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
