What Causes Sleeplessness, Sweating & Chest Pain?

Hi im having trouble sleeping i got awaken by sweating and chest pain i keep having a sensation that i need to burp as i lay flat on my back it calms down but if i lay on my side it worsens with symptoms of nausia weekness and severe pain on esophagus

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern the given symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Domperidone 40 mg Omeprazole 20mg once in day and it the dose need to be taken at evening time, continue this medicine for at least four weeks, avoid spicy food, coffee, alcohol, smoking prior to bed stay away from the stress and hope this information helps.
