General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Has your father seen a psychiatrist? You mentioned he has seen doctors but did not specify whether he has seen a psychiatrist. It may be that your father is suffering from schizophrenia and having psychotic episodes as the cause of why he hears voices.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bonnie Berger-Durnbaugh, General & Family Physician
