What Causes Sickness, Swollen Ankle And Abdominal Cramps?

hi there I have been feeling sick of the past week to two. like im going to be sick but not that extreme. also on hot days my ankles are swelling up, also I have noticed a dark ring around both my nipples. as well as cramps in my lower right tummy that comes and go s. as well as a dry mouth at times just after having a drink. I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back neg. what could this be?

Hello,

If you do not get your period as expected, do a home pregnancy test at least 6 days after missed period to avoid false negatives.
Please follow up with your primary provider to get urine analysis and culture done to rule out urinary tract infection if symptoms persist.
