What Causes Shoulder Numbness, Chest Pain And Itchy/burning Throat?

I woke up feeling numbness in my shoulders, feeling like my throat is itchy/burning and I am experiencing chest pain. It doesn't happen much often but this the first time that it happened during my sleep. I don't smoke nor drink and I eat healthy/balanced meal. What should I do, doctor. Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you very much.

Thank you for asking!
Shoulder burning and itchy throat might indicate a gastro biliary involvement, see if the symptoms correlate for GERD. happening during sleep makes the possibility of posture also likely. Nothing seems worrisome.Get to a doctor and let them assess it for you. Itchy throat may indicate reflux or a separate entity for throat like infection or allergies etc.
Need a doc to correlate.
take care
