What Causes Shortness Of Breath With Tingling In Arm And Elbow?

None smoker, never have smoked ever. Have shortness of breath kind of, mostly in feels like my throat and upper chest is tight on my right side. Also have tingling in my right arm & elbow sometimes. Morning I feel better and then get worse. Some days seem better than others. I am 40 and in good shape, play basketball 3 times a week and stay very active. Feel better when active but have pushed myself for the first time in my life to feel short of breath. Started an old home renovation a few months back and wonder if I got myself into something I shouldn t have?

There are many conditions in which the symptoms you described are seen. For ex-peripheral neuropathy,vitB12 deficiency,chemical pneumonia,harmonal disturbance etc.we need to do blood work like Hb%,TC,DC,ESR,THYROID PROFILE,URINE ROUTINE as well as physical examination to diagnose your problem.
May be chemicals in renovation work might be causing allergy in you.
It is better you consult a qualified physician who can suggest line of treatment based on your problem.You require vitamin supplements like riconia one tablet daily and inhalers.
