What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Chest Tightness And Back Pain?

Since I have been in my early 20 s (now 45) I have experienced often and on shortness of breath where I try and yawn to breath, tightness in chest, sometimes stabbing pain, back pain occasionally, tingling in hands and feet - I have been checked and checked and been told that I have anxiety...I don t feel I do at all - can this be a reaction to gluten? I had pasta sunday night and monday morning symptoms returned...frustrated

Well come to HCM
This could be kind of psychological condition and nothing to take with the diet,
if you want to come out of this condition then you have to change certain things in your life, start exercise, yoga, meditation, be practical, positive in attitude, have a sound sleep of at lest 7 hours, these would be much better than the medicines, and you can do it, hope this information helps, take care.
