General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are related to cerebrovascular insufficiency. This syndrome is caused by neck arthritis or by arterial hypotension.

To find the exact cause of these symptoms you need:
1. Neck X-ray, to rule out arthritis.
2. Electrocardiogram.
3. Doppler ultrasound.
4. Complete blood count.
5. Urine test.

You should contact your cardiologist and neurologist.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
