Kindly get the following investigations done as part of the evaluation process.
1. Blood for complete hemogram.
2. Electrocardiogram.
3. Echocardiogram.
Kindly consult Physician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
If the report seems to be normal and only indicates iron deficiency, you can take iron supplements in the form of medications along with intake of iron-rich foods.

What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Chest Pain On The Right Side?
Hi, What symptoms you are having might not be related directly to the problems pertaining to the heart. Most often during your age, it could be associated with anaemia (decreased haemoglobin levels) caused due to iron deficiency. Kindly get the following investigations done as part of the evaluation process. 1. Blood for complete hemogram. 2. Electrocardiogram. 3. Echocardiogram. Kindly consult Physician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
