What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Dizziness?
I was out walking at a normal speed today, when I came back I suddenly felt short of breath and very weak and dizzy. I took my blood pressure twice and it was 95/62 and 94/60 and my pulse both times was 51 and 50. I rested a bit but have spent the whole day feeling washed out and weak and not being able to stand for too long. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Are you on any medicine because Beta Blockers( Atenolol) cause low blood pressure & Low Heart Rate
Normal B P at age >60 yrs is Then donot worry.
Take rest your doctor would reduce the dose of medicine slowly or change the medicine
But if you are not taking any medicine, Then it is an emergency, rush to Hospital.
