What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Dizziness And Chest Pain?

My husband had a pacemaker in June of 2016 for shortness of breath, chest pain and dizziness after his upper chamber was found to function about 50% of time. His symptoms are worse now than before the pacemaker. He has had a heart catheter, sleep study, CT of the head, carotid ultrasound and pulmonary function tests. They say his pacemaker is functioning properly.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Pantoprazole twice a day for 5 days. You can take Paracetamol twice a day for 5 days. Do yoga and pranayam in the morning. Do exercise in the morning. Do meditation in the morning. Consult the physician for checking the blood pressure. If not resolved then do 2D echo, chest X-ray.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
