I am currently on the 4th week of a low fat, low calorie intake diet. I started at 230 lbs, and I now weigh 213. I exercise for around an hour everyday, and my daily intake is around 1000 calories. I drink at least a gallon of water everyday, and the only supplement I use is dietary fiber, taking less fiber than the DV. I defecate regularly and urinate quite often. I've noticed my urine has produced a lot of bubbles since I began my diet, although the urine is clear. The bubbles glisten as if they are produced by oil in my urine. Sometimes, the bubbles do not appear at all. Is this good or bad? My question is whether or not the shiny bubbles in my urine are a good or bad thing, and what they may be associated with. I can not provide a picture because I only have access to an iPad, which won't connect to my camera. The urine is clear, and the bubbles are small, no froth, they glisten like oil, i.e. Like a rainbow, and they fill about 30-40% of the bowl.
