What Causes Sharp Stomach Pain And Yellow/mushy Stool?

Friday night at around 11pm I had a tv dinner and fries, then went to bed. About five minutes after lying down I had very sharp stomach pains and aches. It was an on and off thing all night and I attempted to sleep till 11am. I got up and was to weak to do anything. Standing for more than a minute was hard and I kept feeling sleepy and fatigued. I have narcolepsy and was unmedicated though my unmedicated days aren t even this bad. I had to take a nap literally every other minute. Thinking about food literally made me want to vomit - which I eventually did later that day. (Obviously the fries didn t digest.) Today I feel better yet have been pooping out thin yellow and mushy stool for about four hours at a time. I ve been drinking lots of water bottles since yesterday and added apples to my diet Wednesday. Can you tell what exactly is wrong with me? I m 5 4in and 125 lbs and this has never happened before.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of sharp stomach pains and aches after dinner, going on throughout the night, vomiting next day of the fries taken in the previous dinner, yellow mushy stools, feeling sleepy and fatigued...
The most probable cause looks to be gastroenteritis.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor or go to ER for clinical evaluation and tests of stool and blood to get appropriate diagnosis and to get started on proper antibiotic and supportive treatment in the form of a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone, probiotics, antispasmodic as required.
To get the investigations of blood, stool.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen.
CT scan of the abdomen if required.
All these will lead to the proper diagnosis and will give a better plan for treatment.
