What Causes Sharp Pain Near Right Temple And Blurred Vision?

i had very sharp pain by my right temple took asprin it finaly left after a couple of hours now my left eye is blurred and i see squares and circles that rotate they will change on me in rotating form when i bend my head down it gets worse it was only in the very corner of my eye after a day and a half its about half way in my eye no pain on my temple though

Hi,

You need to have proper evaluation and detailed workup. This could be normal tension type headache so Painkillers like acetaminophen will help but the eye symptoms are alarming so you should need to get workup for vasculitis and temporal arteritis to be done. It will include ESR test and ANA.
