What Causes Pain In Heart, Lack Of Energy And Blurred Vision?

Hi, I was wondering what causes it may be if a friend of mine is experiencing a sudden sharp pain in the heart, followed by a quick loss of energy and blurred vision. It has been occurring since April of this year, and he said it is slowly getting worse. Also, is there anything that should be done while this is taking place?

Well u have pain in heart . There are various causes cardiac, chest, gastrointestinl lik myocardial ischemia, peumonia, pericarditis, esophagitis, gastritis, pancreatitis. U must consider internl med specialist to sugest fr u ecg, x ray chest, s. Amylase, echo. B.p monitoring. Proper histry nd examination is needed. I hope u get my anser
