What Causes Sharp Pain In Shoulders And Suffering From Endometriosis?
I suffer with endometrosis for the past 20 years, have really heavy periods with severe blood loss each month and now taking pains in my right shoulder during my period. Waiting to go into hosp as the found a polyp on the lining of my womb to get a biopsy done but was wondering what this shoulder pain is coming from?

Take opinion of orthopedic surgeon to rule out other cause like infections, arthritis.
sometimes deposits of endometrosis may go through blood to shoulder region and you might be experiencing pain during periods in shoulder region.
if this pain is due to endometrosis then you will need hormonal therapy.
