What Causes Sharp Lower Stomach Pains?

I have been having sharp lower stomach pains for awhile now, constant. I have had 3 babies by c-section. I'm on the iud and have been for about 2 years. I took a pregnancy test anyways and its negative. What's going on with me? I have no idea how to deal with this pain.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Your query being taken care, abdomen pain could be due to many reasons but the most common is the colic and it may be renal colic, biliary colic, intestine colic, beside this it could be due to dyspepsia, it could be due to nonspecific one.
Underlying cause of abdomen pain is matter of concern, I would advise you to just wait for some time and it will be okay, if the pregnancy is suspected then it may not cause the abdomen pain, to confirm the pregnancy USG the option that will rule out the cause of abdomen pain too.
hope this information helps.
