General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your sister's symptoms could be due to hypertensive crisis. I advice you to do:
- Detailed EYE & ENT examination in order to rule out underlying bleeding or blood spots if any due to high BP
- Regular BP CHECKUP is mandatory
- To take Analgesics like Naproxen / paracetamol & Triptans
- Antihypertensives regularly
-Relaxation & Stretching exercises
- YOGA
- Avoid exposure to light, noise etc

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
