What Causes Sharp Chest Pain ?

Im 17 years old and i just took a pre work out drink, Hemo rage ultra. And after about an hour of working out i got a pain in the lower left side of my chest and when i tryed to continue working out it got worse. I stopped then but it still hurt and got worse when i took a deep breathe or pushed on the place where it was sore. What is this ?

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
It is just co incidence that pain occurred after drinking that drink.
In my opinion, you are mostly having musculoskeletal pain due to work out.
So better to avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid movements causing pain.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drug.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
