What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain With Sweating And Dizziness?

I have 9 year old boy. Who gets sharp abdominal pain around the belly button area. his pain is very sharp , continous in nature, during this episode he gets sweety, pale, weak, and dizzy. He does not have the urge to go to washroom to relieve himself. After the severe pain over. he is very tired and about 2 to 3 hours later he is fine and back to his normal routine. This happens to him about twice a year. Lately this has repeated twice already within a period of 3 months.
