What Causes Severe Vomiting And High BP?

My dad has had prostate cancer but is now cancer free. He doesn t like to discuss if he is sick so we usually don t know how he is feeling. Recently he has been throwing up a lot. He says it s just a symptom of his high blood pressure medicine but I d like to know if there s anything he may not be telling us.

First of all confirm the diagnosis of cancer prostate.
Vomiting may be due to side effect treatment.
Blood pressure is not the cause,it may be along with cancer.
Treatment depend on ,how much it has spread,stage & grade of cancer.
Treatment options are.
Expectant management(watchful waiting).
Radiation therapy.
Hormone therapy.
Chemotherapy.
Cryotherapy.
Surgery.
If you do not want surgery monitor the patient.
Check P S A ,S.Creatinine regularly.
How fast cancer is growing.
Drugs only slow the growth of cancer cells.
