What Causes Severe Radicular Pain In Neck, Shoulder And Arm?

I have had an MRI that showed normal wiht a loss of normal cervical lordosis. I am suffering horribly with radicular pain in my neck, shoulder and arm, with numbness and tingling down my arm and in my fingers.
I am extremely anxious to know if the loss of lordosis could have these effects while the actual bones, discs and ligaments all show as being normal? I am also concerned that the effects may get worse while waiting for the appropriate tests and results. I am currently being treated with 300mg Lyrica (pregabalin) twice a day (to dull the neuropathy), as well as access to oral morphine 10mg / 5ml, tramadol 50mg, co-codamol 30mg/500mg, diazepam 2mg and diclofenac sodium 50mg. The morphine is my last resort, when all others have failed to alleviate the pain.
