What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain?

Yesterday I went to urgent care for sudden, severe pelvic pains from the night before . By the time I went in it was a dull, achy pain. I threw up once, and had irregular bleeding between periods. They took a urine sample but told me it was fine and sent me home. Two days since the severe pain, but I m still experiencing dully pains, nausea, and lightheadedness. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative, any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Severe pelvic pain is often caused by PID, E.Coli or gastritis. The infection can be proceeded by chlamydia, gonorrhea or Sexually transmitted infection. You can take antacids, PPIs, Spasmol for relieve for your discomforts. Visit a gynaecology, get examined and evaluated, you need medications(antibiotics/antivirals), get all investigations done, stay hydrated and avoid sexual contacts.

Hope I have answered your query.
