What Causes Severe Pain In The Chest?

HI im 30 yrs old Male, On 28 dec 13 in the morning i felt sudden pointed pain on my chest center / left side and also i want feeling dull ... i went to MD he gave me some pain killer but pain was still there. after 2-3 days i felt pain and darkness for 2-3 min. again i went to doctor he told me not to worry .. but i was not satisfied i changed the doctor and he advised me for ultra sound / sonography for MVP check and the report was ok.... but still i am feeling pain on left side and continuous headache and dullness.. my BP is 135/95...and weight is 85 kgs, please suggest something to come out of this.

Well come to HCM
The only condition remained and this could be the possible cause of your pain and this may be Hyperacidity, If I would be your treating physician then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30mg once in day for four weeks, if you have not done the EKG the better to get it done, hope this information helps.
