Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would like to tell you that it is normal to have breakthrough bleeding in between periods. Many things could contribute to it like Fibroids, Cysts, Endometriosis, Perforations, Hormonal Contraceptives, Cervical Growths. Also the abdominal and back pain suggests pathology.

Thus I would suggest that you should visit a Obgy doctor to get CT abdomen an pelvis as well as Trans vaginal USG done and to get colposcopic examination done to rule out the above said conditions.

Thanks for Trusting & Posting your Query on this forum.
Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question.
Have a nice Day.

Regards,
Dr.Abhijeet
