What Causes Severe Itching Sensation In Genital Area?

I am getting severe itching - started out in the genital area, then spreading to the lower stomach, inner thighs and groin area. What is causing this, and what can I do to treat it? I have tried Vagisil and Lanacane, both of which are only temporarily effective.

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms being stated here this could be due to fungal infection and this can be best managed with "Tab Terbinafine 250 mg three times in day with local application of "Terbinafine cream" no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
