It has been about two years now. Especially when Summer goes away, I get this strong need to itch my upper inner thighs. I loose control and itch it, so then area gets this hive-looking rash. Tight-fitting clothes do irritate it worse, scented soaps,creams and rinsing shampoo off of my head so it trickles over the body fastens the itch attacks. I tried replacing shaver faster-no matter. What is it and how can I treat it for good? Other may be related info-I have life long eczema itches if use scented products. My large toes got injured from work shoes and partially have gap between nail bed that does not grows out to heal itself. I also noticed that external vaginal irritation came on about same time as well as when this itch came on couple of years ago.
