What Causes Severe Itching In Between The Scrotum And Buttocks?

Ive got a mad itch between my balls and bum. Ive had it for a few years. It does get itchy alot. Mainly at night. I only know this because ive torn the skin. This causes the skin to crack and flake sometimes.... I was prescibed timodine a fortnight ago and damn it seemed to go first time in 2 years... one week later and its back again. ... I walk 16 miles a day... dry throughly after showers and change my boxers twice a day. And also have atheletes foot. Ive recently boughy a new pair of steel toe work shoes so I can altermate.... im considering trying preparation h. Please help

HI, thank you for sharing your concerns with us.

The symptoms you describe may be due to candida infection or dermatitis from the sweat of rubbing. Have you had results from the use of timodine? I'd suggest you to try Clotrimazole + Betamethasone cream for topical use. If you don't see any results please have an appointment with your dermatologist.
