What Causes Severe Itching All Over Body?
I have had moderate to severe itching on the back of my neck,behind my ears,back of my scalp,lover abdomen and hips for a few days . Itching doesn t occur in all spots all at once but moves around . Have tried anti itch cream with only small amount of relief and no rash at this point. Just uncomfortable

Understanding your concern. As per your query severe itching all over the body including back, ears, scalp, lower abdomen and hips which is because of clogging of skin pores with bacteria, debris and sebum and skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented. It is due to poor and compromised immunity of body and increased susceptibility of getting infected. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cream rich in Azelaic acid or Kojic acid. You should start with antihistamine medication such as Benadryl. Apply cold compresses on body. You should use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30. You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms not resolving. Take supplements rich in vitamin C. Avoid applying any hard cosmetics.
