What Causes Severe Heartburn And Sweating With Fever?

I seem to have gotten a stomach virus from my kids. I went to Dr because I also felt like I had a sinus infection. He treated sinus w/ antibiotics. I ve used it before but this time it s really making me nauseated. I am having severe heartburn (similar to when I was in labor) my body temp is on the low side & I m sweating every time I move around at all, but when I do move around my body temp improves. My fever broke last night so I believe ilthe virus is still part of the problem. Concerned about heart issues, I have never had any previously. Does this sound serious? I haven t taken anything for the heartburn and do have history of acid reflux - and hadn t been able to eat anything other than a slim fast shake for 2 full days. I m hoping it s just the combo.....

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Drug induced Heartburn with GERD with Sinusitis.
The heavy antibiotic use over last few attacks of sinusitis has induced antibiotic induced Gastritis,causing severe heartburn.So don't worry for any heart ailment.
Treatment-
Cold sponging
Tab Velo D 1 x 2 times a day x 14 days time
Tab folic acid x 50 mgm daily
Tab Vit B12- x 2500 mcgm daily
You should not worry for heart illness and is not serious.
Cap Amoxy 500 mg x 3 times a day would take care of any H.Pylori infection also.
